Description:

The new pullswitch is designed to meet harsh environments and utilises the latest high tech material to ensure strength, high impact resistance and durability, whilst still maintaining its small, compact size and weight.

Designed with the new safety colours to promote a new level of safety to operational personnel; the same mounting centres have been maintained.

Constructed of UV stabilised and flame retardant material (IEC 60079-0:2004), the pullswitch uses sealed micro switches and has been fully tested to IP66 (IEC 60529 Ed 2.1:2001). It is CE Compliant with a temperature rating of -40°C to +50°C.

A new multipurpose internal pcb reduces installation time and includes a plug and socket connection for up to three transmitters, when used with the SILBUS signal line systems.

The pullswitch is available in taut or slack rope configuration and can be fully integrated with the Austdac signal line system and remote isolation.

The installation of the pullswitch cable is now simplified by providing a single cable tensioner on each pullswitch to reduce time and allow a one man installation.
