The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995 aims to end the discrimination that many disabled people face. If you provide goods or services to the
general public you have responsibilities
under the Act to ensure that those services are reasonably accessible to disabled people. This Act has been significantly extended by the Disability Discrimination Act 2005.
All of our telephones have optional features such as inductive loop for the hard of hearing. However, the following range of GAI-Tronics telephones have been specifically designed to include standard features to assist users with disabilities, helping you to extend your services to all potential users.
